Mission Statement
“Quest is committed to enriching the lives’ of youth through the musical arts. We seek to develop healthy and self-sufficient individuals who attain educational achievements, enjoy economic empowerment, become proficient in the musical arts, and achieve success in life”.
History
Quest was founded as a marching competitive performing unit in 1990, but has since changed its structure and name (formerly Quest Jr. Drum & Bugle Corps) to keep pace with the interest and social changes in the youth population. Under our new name, Quest Youth Organization, Inc., we have accumulated over twenty-five years of experience in delivering youth development activities through the musical arts. For those twenty-five plus years, Quest has operated in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, NY. We have grown to become a well-respected organization with a long positive track record of delivering quality life changing youth development activities to the community.
